The First Question to Ask:

Why Are You Training Your Employees?

There are generally two reasons businesses invest in First Aid training:

These are not the same thing.

Option 1: Virtual First Aid Awareness Training

The transition has caused confusion because providers may still refer to SETA accreditation while others have moved towards QCTO-aligned programmes.

The Biggest Misunderstanding in the Market about First Aid Training South Africa

Many people assume:

"I received a certificate, therefore I am qualified as a Workplace First Aider."

Unfortunately, that is not always true.

A certificate simply proves that training took place. The more important question is:

What type of certificate did you receive?
