OHS in the Workplace
Working on one's own initiative forms the basis for safe and healthy working conditions. The employer and the supervisors acting as the employer's representatives are legally responsible for the safety and healthiness of the workplace.
Occupational health and safety cooperation personnel are experts that promote the working conditions of the workplace. The law requires employees to also take care of their own safety and the safety of their co-workers.
