Service Description
This highly interactive and practical course is designed to provide delegates with a sound knowledge of all elements involving managing business, practice or profession. The course allows delegates to work within a SMME (Small, Medium, Micro Enterprise) environment, specialising in new venture ownership and management, where the acquisition of competence against this Standard will add value to one's job. Duration: 1 Days COURSE OUTLINE This Standard will also add value to entrepreneurs who are seeking to develop their entrepreneurial skills so that they can become more marketable for bigger contracts, including commercial and public sector contracts, for example the Department of Public Works programmes. The fundamental objective of the course is to gain the required skills that will enable delegates to work within a SMME (Small, Medium, Micro Enterprise) environment, specialising in new venture ownership and management Benefits of this course include: Implementing an action plan for business operations. Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Confirmation Appointments are confirmed only once booked through the official scheduling platform and acknowledged via confirmation email. Where applicable, payment must be received prior to confirmation. 2. Payment Terms Compliance Assessments, audits, and on-site services may require upfront payment or deposit. Retainer engagements are governed by a separate written agreement. Invoices are payable within the period stated. Non-payment may result in postponement or cancellation. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Virtual appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. On-site appointments require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or non-attendance may incur a fee. On-site bookings may be subject to additional costs if travel arrangements have been made. 4. Scope of Service Clarity or screening calls are preliminary discussions and do not constitute formal compliance advice. Formal assessments, audits, and governance implementation are provided only under confirmed scope and, where applicable, written agreement. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate and complete information, including relevant documentation where requested. Appropriate decision-makers should attend assessments. Failure to disclose known compliance issues may affect recommendations. 6. Limitation of Responsibility Recommendations are based on the information available at the time of assessment. RITE (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for: Undisclosed compliance matters Historical non-compliance prior to engagement Failure to implement recommended corrective actions 7. Confidentiality All information shared during appointments is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with professional consulting standards. 8. On-Site Services Where on-site services are required, access to relevant departments, personnel, and documentation must be facilitated on the day of assessment. Travel outside standard operating areas may incur additional charges. 9. Right to Refuse Service RITE (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to decline or terminate services where payment obligations are not met, cooperation is withheld, or a conflict of interest arises.
